1. Purpose of Service: MediFinder's primary purpose is to facilitate the booking of appointments with healthcare professionals based on the specialty selected by the client. This service is purely administrative and does not offer or provide any form of medical advice.

2. No Medical Advice: MediFinder does not provide medical advice. Any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment is provided by the healthcare professional the client chooses to consult with.

3. No Agency Relationship: MediFinder is not an agent, representative, or extension of any doctor or registered healthcare professional. We are an independent service provider, assisting with appointment booking based on client requirements.

4. Disclaimer of Liability: MediFinder is not responsible or liable for any diagnosis, treatment, or other medical services provided by the doctors or other registered healthcare professionals. Any disputes or concerns regarding medical treatment should be directed to the relevant healthcare professional.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in relation to these terms and conditions or the services provided by MediFinder shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.

6. Entire Agreement: The entirety of the agreement is between MediFinder and the client. No other parties are involved or liable in the agreement.

7. Consent for Data Exchange: By using the services of MediFinder, the client consents to the exchange of their personal data with relevant healthcare professionals in order to facilitate the booking of appointments.

8. Fees: The client is responsible for any fees associated with the use of MediFinder's services. Payment to MediFinder does not cover any fees charged by the healthcare professional.

9. No Representations: MediFinder makes no representations about a healthcare professional's experience or expertise. The selection of a healthcare professional is at the discretion and risk of the client.

10. Document Handling: Any documents that are exchanged between MediFinder and the client are strictly intended to be sent to the healthcare professional and will not be considered when matching the client with a healthcare professional.

11. Intellectual Property Rights: All content, logos, graphics, and other materials on this site are the intellectual property of MediFinder. Unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

12. User Obligations: Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment and to use the service in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any fraudulent or misuse of the service may result in termination of access.

13. Limitations on Use: The service provided by MediFinder is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and over. The service is not available to individuals who are under the age of 18.

14. Termination: MediFinder reserves the right to terminate access to the service for any user who violates these terms and conditions, with or without prior notice.

15. Changes to Terms: MediFinder reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. It is the client's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for updates.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties: MediFinder provides the service on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MediFinder, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with client's access to or use of the service.

18. Force Majeure: MediFinder shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, or strikes.
